Customer Changing His password not work properly

Hi,

 

When a customer change password, he get the "successful" confirmation note, but when he try to login using the new password it won't let him, and he can't login with the old password as well - both bring the "No Match" error as if the password is wrong. What could be the problem?

I forgot to add that if the customer then use the lost password procedure, he recieve a new generated password which works.

 

I am using the Signup_Confirm_Email 2.2MS2 and the Login Page A LA Amazon contributions, although I am not sure if they got to do with this problem or not.

Any suggestion will be apprectiated!
