CenterShop ver 3.0 shopping cart prob....

I have installed centershop ver 3.0, and am having problems with the shopping cart on the right hand side, I have removed all other boxes except the shopping cart, the problem is that it only displays the top of the shopping cart box and not the border of the box, if i do a refresh, the page works ok..
