Guest Posted May 21, 2004 Share Posted May 21, 2004 A bit confusing, but I will try and make sense. I need to create taxes, so I followed the steps to make a PA tax zone. However, when creating the sub-zone on the PA folder tab...you have to pick a "zone". So, I went into the main "Zones" heading and made a Pennsylvania zone. The problem is, the sales tax now works, but any new account has to "choose a state from the drop down menu"..which only Pennsylvania exists (obvious problem as I want to sell to U.S. and Canada). Do I have to make a Zone for every state/province/country I want to sell to so they can choose it from the drop down menu when creating an account or am I doing something wrong?
