Hi, Can anyone help?

I posted this in General Support but got no response so I am trying here.

I installed the 'Worldpay 4.0 version 1.7' on MS2.2

I have my WorldPay account (currently in test mode)

I set everything in admin and in worldpay admin. when I try a test order I get the following error on the worldpay server:

Secure Payment Page

Sorry, there was an error in processing this transaction:

Error initialising request:

The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. The transaction cannot be processed due to the following:

the currency or amount is not recognised

Please return to the merchant's site try again. If the problem persists contact the merchant.

I currently have a live site and desperately need this module working.

Is it the module or worldpay settings that are not right?

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi

Probably not much help, but I have also installed this module and it works fine for me, except for a small problem with my cart ID on callback. The only change i have made, is i only accept GBP and have removed all other currencies. It sounds like it could be your Worldpay admin config.

A question for you while i'm on, does the cart ID on the return screen show the customers name??? mine only shows a load of numbers, so i don't know who's paid.

Cheers

Julian

You should receive an email from [email protected] giving you all the order and customer details.

Hope this helps
