Guest
I am getting a ton of good visitors but fewer orders. Can you go through checkout and let me know if you see a problem? You can create an account and palce an order using the test visa of 4444333322221111 with expiration 01/05..... Please put test order in the comments. I have placed test orders on my end and haven't found anything. Please help!! Thanks Dave http://bythevineyard.com
safoo
It worked fine for me. It takes 2-4 weeks for delivery after paying $7.50 shipping for a belt? Just wondering if that is correct?
Guest
Thanks for doing that. The normal is two weeks. All of the products are made to order. We don't have one of every style and state in stock. Normally the belts will ship immediately. It is the purses that take a while. I will explain that in more detail on the site. Any thing else jump out at you? cdi-buy.com
It's just that your products seem expensive to me. $140 for a Road Flair Purse isn't something I would tend to spend in an instant. Your products just aren't impulse-buy priced, that's all.

Guest
Have you installed the abandoned cart mod? That's pretty much a must-have and will give you a better idea of where the visitor -> customer chain is breaking down.
Guest
I will look into that one.... I have a visitor monitor on the site for testing so I can watch customers as they navigate. It seems I am losing them right at the registration process. I can't see any problems when I go through it....but we are blind when it comes to critiquing our own work. Is it running slow for anybody? That was the only other thing I could think of. But then it would seem they would leave during the graphics and not at registration.... Comments? Thanks, Dave http://bythevineyard.com
powerplaya44
Here is my suggestions... for teh account creation process..try and limit that as much as possble..asically mod it and takle off as many unless items you can..like phone number and stuff...when u do that u will get more people to register because its a lot faster... Next, advertise on Ebay, put something up there with a link to your site..people are going there to look for things to buy so they wont be expecting to go home empty..i did this and in teh first three days i got 20 more people to register and a few more sales.. Chance
After account creation during checkout, when you press continue after successfuly creating an account, it drops you to an empty page. No cart, no shipping page, nothing. Its like it is dropping the session or something. My advice comes in two flavors- Pick the one that won't offend you. Guest
Great... :( Did you have items in your cart? Any other special circumstances? I can't recreate the problem.... What did you put in the cart if anything? Thanks.
Chance
I did it with the beer cap belt. I logged in to my acccount I created on your site and it worked fine, the problem only appears to be coming from the "Account creation successful" page when you create a new account and then click continue. Instead of goign to the checkout process after you create an account, it dropped me to a blank template page with no content. You might want to check out this page: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=31021 about customer login routines. I will be honest, I am no session expert, but you might find help on why this was doing it there.
