Guest
Greetings: I just attempted an install of Keyword Show with Admin v1.2 and I'm getting weird errors from the reports link. I'm afraid I haven't found any answers on these forums for my problem. (I can't seem to be able to coax the search engine into giving me the info I want if it's there). Any nudges in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Condurango
Hello After a long time working on it, I finally get it working. I had the same problems as all of you. In my case was the problem, that the path to my log-file was not working right, even than I thought so. To solve the problem I got with my ftp-programm (like smart FTP) to the log-file, with a right click on your mouse, you can copy the url from the log-file. Take exactly this path in the administration. After I changed this everything was working perfekt. (my path: ftp://web87615:[email protected]/log/access_log) I hope I could help some people and sorry about my english. Greetings from Switzerland. Cyrill Hello, I get the same errors as noted above and I really would like to try the last fix for that, but I can't find that log/access_log anywhere. Where should I look for this log file? Thanks a lot, Irina.

Condurango
Hi Irin I still guess that your log-file can't be read. It could be, that your folder doesn't accept reading the file. For testing this, copy your log-file in the "html"-folder with your ftp-programm. Change the path in the administration (on the same level as your www root directory). If it's working now, you have a problem with the log-file folder. Ask your hosting company how you can read the log-file.
