Telephone field in customer addrees book

Helo,

 

Situation:

Then customer make present to somebody, he set additional address to shipping to.

 

There is problem:

In address book no fields for email and telephone to additional address, but they need for shipping company, because sometimes they need to negotiate with customers about delivery time.

 

Please HELP! I didn't find answer in forum!
