talon177
Set to inactive and delete manually or use phpmyadmin
Guest
there definitely needs to be a "rebuild" option built into EP so a user can check a box and all products that are not in the newly uploaded file are axed. i tried to do something like this but haven't tested it out yet (i don't want to destroy my DB). anyways, it sounds like this feature is being asked for quite a bit and should probably be added in in the future. Guest
setting to inactive is the thing to do. if you delete from the database, then there would be no way for a customer to see via history what they purchased, if the product is deleted. Guest
is there an option in EP to set all prods not in the currently uploaded file to inactive?
Guest
best bet is to have a spread sheet with the prods you want to be inactive and then run it via ep. else if you have a way of 'filtering' use mysql to do it.
