Guest
i started to use worldpay 6 days ago, everything is really good, no problem at all. this morning, my web hosting got problem with mysql. after they fix the problem, one buyer purchases something, and pay at worldpay. payment is confirmed by worldpay, but in my website, no order details. after that, i turn my worldpay to mode 100, testing again, but everything is ok. then i set to mode 0 again, normal also. that's meant only one order missing............. don't know why also. anyone could teach me how to find out the problem? or teach me how to find the missing order. thanks

Guest
The problem is this. When someone returns to your site they must wait until checkout success or it won't get entred in the db. They just closed there browser window to early ! It's a bugger but not alot you can do about it !
