Download Yes / Upload - Import NO!

Please help. I am not a PHP programmer, but can "kind of" read code. I have installed Easy populate 2.60 and it looked like it was working fine. It all seemed to install correctly, and I could download the "complete" file on the first try. I have edited the file and attempted to upload and import it and got the following error messages:

--------------------------------------------------------------

Warning: Unable to create '/mnt/web_i/d09/s20/b01e4af8/www/swscrubs/nfoscomm/catalog//catalog/temp/EP2004Mar12-0101.txt': No such file or directory in /mnt/web_i/d09/s20/b01e4af8/www/swscrubs/nfoscomm/catalog/admin/easypopulate_functions.php on line 32

File uploaded.

Temporary filename: /var/tmp/phpjIME8v

User filename: EP2004Mar12-0101.txt

Size: 19924

I have no idea where to start. I set permissions "temporarily" to 777 while I tried the import, but that did not seem to work.

Any help would be appreicated.

Look at the paths that the errors have in them and you will find your problem.

catalog//catalog will not work.

You need to change the path. You may also need to change some permisions but try changing that path in easypopulate.php first.

  • 3 weeks later...

When I download my database, everything works fine.

But, when I try to split or upload I get a page that says:

The page cannot be displayed,

and in the url address it says:

http://www.1campingplace.com/catalog/admin...ate.php?split=1.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have searched this forum and can't seem to find that anyone had the same problem.

thanks,
