Shipping Fees by Total Purchase

Is there a feature/contribution for osC where one can set the shipping fees according to the total purchase price of the order? Like this:

 

Total Puchase <-> Shipping

$0.01~$9.99 <-> $10.00

$10.00~$19.99 <-> $18.00

$20.00~$49.99 <-> $23.00

$50.00~ <-> $25.00

where would someone go to adjust whether or not to use total price instead of total weight and to actually enter the prices used?

 

I am a newbie to the catalog control panel and have had a little experience in php coding. :unsure:

this is what my admin area looks like. I want to have the shipping calculated using total price, but i can not seem to find the rate table field anywhere.

 

for the usps section this is what is editable...

 

US Postal Service

 

Enable Flat Shipping

True

 

Shipping Cost

6

 

Tax Class

--none--

 

Shipping Zone

--none--

 

Sort Order

0

 

please someone help...this is very frustrating :blink:

In your admin panel under modules->shipping it is the one called "Table Rate" (seems pretty self-explanatory) , you are using the USPS module-wrong one.

how would i go about adding the Table Rate.... thanks for the help

don't know if there is a contribution to add the shipping module "Table Rate" but it is include in version: 2.2ms2.

 

Download the latest milestone and copy the following file into your directory:

 

catalog/includes/modules/shipping/table.php
