Problem with Header Tags Controller v2.2

I downloaded Header Tags Controller v2.2.

 

I installed with success apart some little problems

 

1)

problem 1054, I had to remove the 'c.categories_status' , it would be good if it was already removed in the contribution

 

2) I have 3 languages: english, french and japanese.

 

In admin :

- product description

english is ok

french and japanese: instead of the title product description or maybe nothing I have got Meta Tag Information and a line between the windows

I can save without any problem but I have got a error in my browser 'little triangle in the left corner)

 

I use the categorie.php for admin from the latest version 2.2

 

 

After having installing this contribution it is difficult to see the source from IE Explorer

 

Anyone with an idea ?

I notice something else:

 

It says in the contribution:

I added a title and a bar in the admin tool for a best organization

and i modified the position of the fields for every who use more

than two languages.

 

I am not sure about that because the only way so far to add the metag tags for the product in admin is by category or manually for the files by header_tags.php

I did not see any bar or title or maybe something is wrong.
