Hey fellas Cant figure this one out.

Recommended Posts

Ok here goes i get multiple errors

Product catalog inside admin section of oscommerce:

1054 - Unknown column 'p.products_bimage' in 'field list'

select p.products_id, pd.products_name, p.products_quantity, p.products_image, p.products_bimage, p.products_price, p.products_date_added, p.products_last_modified, p.products_date_available, p.products_status from products p, products_description pd, products_to_categories p2c where p.products_id = pd.products_id and pd.language_id = '1' and p.products_id = p2c.products_id and p2c.categories_id = '0' order by pd.products_name

And then sometimes it takes forever to load the oscommerce that this error appears:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Domains\team-xdi.com\wwwroot\catalog\includes\functions\database.php on line 44

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Domains\team-xdi.com\wwwroot\catalog\includes\column_right.php on line 13

Anybody with any insights i would greatly apperciate it. Thanks in Advance.

I haven't installed either of those contribs but my guess would be that there is a sql statement to either add or alter a table that you didn't execute... Go through the install instructions again very carefully and see if there is not an instruction to either cut and paste or a .sql file in the contrib to upload.

If we knew it all we wouldn't be here would we?

Your right. The readme file stated these instructions to execute. But i dont know exaclty how to do so. One way i was told was to do it through phpmyadmin but i dont have that available to me. Is there another way to do this? Could i just do this through my ftp client?This is what it said to do in the read me file:

Update your products-table in database:

ALTER TABLE `products` ADD `products_bimage` VARCHAR(64) AFTER `products_image`;

So you are saying that you have no access control panel for your database.

You could manually add the information to your sql the ftp to your admin backups folder and then enter admin and do a restore
