Jayman2 Posted November 5, 2003 Share Posted November 5, 2003 Hi All, I installed osC HelpDesk v1.0 and everything seems to be working perfectly except... When you select "Check a Ticket" and enter a ticket that hasn't been responded to yet, the solution box displays TEXT_NOTSOLVED. I made the changes that were in the latest update contrib, but it doesn't help. I checked the languages/english/helpdesk_status.php and TEXT_NOTSOLVED is defined there. If anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. PS Sorry about the double post. I hit the wrong key while typing.
