I have found 4 hits in the forums for this, but nothing seems to fix it. I have set my country code, ZIP code, activated my USPS account, modified my USPS.php. I have activated a deactivated the USPS option and still get the missing country code. I have tried US, USA, and 840 all of which do not work. I have replaced the USPS.PHP with a fresh one, still no good. To top that off, the radio buttons do not show up for anything but FLAT RATE. I am quite frustrated as I look over this everynight and still cannot find the answer I seek. Any help would be greatly appreciated
