I get the payment confirmation from PayPal as well as other emails to that address just not OSC order confirmation emails. No code changes have been done other then adjust inventory quantities. Check that in your administration the emails are identical in: Configuration > My Store > E-mail address Configuration > My Store > Email from with OsC 2.2 since 2006 ... Ken_Shea Posted December 22, 2022 Author Share Posted December 22, 2022 Thanks much for the reply; I checked and both are the same, had also called the web host to see if they see any reason for the mail not being sent and they found nothing. Unfortunately, something apparently got buggered in the OSC code but why that would be is a mystery. I know just enough about the code used to be dangerous. Discovered all the emails (new email client) started going to the junk folder from salesotso@ . I never flagged any email due to some good emails being junked or blocked so never thought to look in that folder but they they are all of them. Anyway thank you for reaching out to help.
