Cart/Checkout not working

Hi

Products are imported successfully !

But while importing customers getting xml error and as you suggested last time to check xml file that i have checked and It seems that </Customers> closing tag is not closed thats why its showing error but how can I use  updated xml to import customers ?

Hi,

We would recommend to run the import separately (not via Import All tool). If you still face these issues please let us know for us to check them further.

Our project is stuck in between due to these errors .

Hi,

Please provide us with the logs from lib/common/OscLink/logs/*.log for us to check it further.

As for the XML error does it occur every time you do the import? For example, if you try to import 3 or 4 times will you face the same error?

Hi

Below i am attaching log zip folder.

And yes when I tried to import customers it only works for first time (imported 50 customers) and after that every time when I tried, it shows same xml error.Even I tried to import (from manual import) after updating xml issues but not working from that option also.

And in front of every uploaded xml it shows "Primary key not found"

Also categories not importing properly (some blank and some in folder form) and when tried to upload again rather than  to update existing one its importing again and again means multiple categories .

I also posted this issue last week.
