osCommerce v2.3.4.1 USPS shipping option stopped working

USPS updated their Web Tools APIs on July 28th, 2022.

Our osCommerce Online Merchant v2.3.4.1 shopping cart no longer includes USPS as a shipping option.

The module name is usps.php 46KB dated 19/11/14
