Jack_mcs 1,125 Posted June 24 The password cannot be retrieved. If your hosts control panel offers a way to password protect a directory you can change it there. Otherwise you will have to create one manually and upload it. Note that this applies to shops that only used the .htaccess file (popup) for a login. If your version doesn't use that but has an on-page login, it can be reset in the database.
