Lost images problem

Hello,

Sometimes images are lost, i don't know the reason, and i have a question, when I duplicate a product, the images are duplicated ? what if I delete a product later, does this delete the images too or just removed from database ?

No it is not duplicated. Deleting does not delete images. 
 

When you say lost fo you mean they do not display in Admin? On the site? Are actually not on the server?

If there is a duplicate product, the image is not deleted. Otherwise it is.
