ajax attribute manager AJAX Attribute Manager Error: There was an error while retrieving the URL: Forbidden

In admin/categries.php when I have access in browser http://localhost/shop/admin/categories.php?cPath=&pID=714&action=new_product I am getting the error:

There was an error while retrieving the URL: Forbidden

There's no error in the error_log and in the PHP using ini_set('display_errors','On');

Somebody can help to solve this issue, please?
