Can admin edit a customer order ?

Hello.
Is it possible to edit a customer's order once placed ?
The CE Phoenix allows me to see a customer order and click edit. After that, there's no way to edit quantities or delete items.

That's correct, editing an order is not possible without an add-on.
As we only take payments via Sagepay, there is not a way for us to change payments in any case so we display a message in checkout confirmation page to inform customers that orders and payments cannot be changed after orders are finalised.

Once an order is place it cannot be altered. There are older addons available but getting payment is the big problem.

The order editor addon allows that to be done but there isn't a version for Phoenix. I did install this one in an earlier version of Phoenix and it worked except for one minor display problem. I don't recall if I made other edits to get it to work but it might be worth trying.
