ArtcoInc
@dizoe While these instructions are a bit old (referencing an older version of osC), the process is the same. HTH Malcolm
dizoe
Thank you ArtcoInc yeah more or less the imstructions are Ok. But what I wanted is to import a database that I have already created and took me many weeks. is it possible to do it through PHPMyAdmin?
ArtcoInc
@dizoe How did you create the database? Unless it matches the expected structure 100%, you will have problems. Also, there are utilities such as Easy Populate that are useful for moving mass data around. https://apps.oscommerce.com/xYmiQ&easy-populate-products-attributes HTH Malcolm
dizoe
yes, what I made is with my database that I work locally I mean with my local server using Xampp, I exported all the tables in my original database, with SQL extension example: customers.sql to a folder file in my pc, more than 150 tables. Then I Imported all this tables to the database that is located on the hosting, with the phpmyadmin, all the tables imported normally, I mean the structure was ok, but the content of each table, no, It was no data on each table.
