By "transfer", I assume you mean you want to end up with an oscommerce shop that looks like your current shop and has the same look and products. In that case, unfortunately, the answer is no, there's no way to directly convert it. You can make oscommerce look like your site in appearance with various addons and edits. And you can use your images and may be able to convert parts of the database using a site like Cart2Cart. But, mostly, it would take a lot of work to get oscommerce to where your site is now, though I think the effort would be worth it.
