Need to change about us text on homepage

Hi I can’t change about us text on homepage. I have checked all files from previous advise shown in forums. Can someone please get me past this stage? I am about to switch platforms to Wordpress. I don’t really want to do this if I can help it thanks in advance

Yes you can!
If you are using CE Phoenix (you should be - it is the latest version):
In admin menu, go to Tools > Define Languages and look for modules/content/footer/cm_footer_text.php in the list and click it to open.
Make changes to the existing text shown in define('MODULE_CONTENT_FOOTER_TEXT_TEXT', and click Save.

You have been such a great help. I have been trying to do this via File Manager within CPanel. Thank you

If you are using CE Phoenix, suggest you join the Phoenix Club here
