It is for one of my clients and he doesn't want people to contact him of when the product will be back or so. They call him and emails him with the questions. ♥Heatherbell 141 Posted October 3 @Kurre Simply mark products out of stock in product edit in admin to hide them. https://github.com/gburton/CE-Phoenix/archive/master.zip

ArtcoInc 308 Posted October 3 (edited) @Kurre Does your client want the out-of-stock items to be hidden automatically, or are they willing to manually set the item's status in Admin? Also, what version of osC is your client running? M Edited October 3 by ArtcoInc Get the latest Responsive osCommerce CE (community edition) here .
♥14steve14 492 Posted October 4 Normal oscommerce stock checking behaviour will remove the products once the stock levels hit zero. There are addons available that you could show products as out of stock and redirect to a similar product to help with sales. If there is enough people needing a notify module I would like to contribute funds to get one made. 1 peterpil19 reacted to this

Contact Gary @burt as he made an out of stock module and a redirect to related product mode in one of his 28 days code. They both work well and are one click installs.
