puddlec 95 Posted September 17, 2019 it is a known issue with Paypal, the URL that the checks are made against no longer exists, so it fails App created for phoenixTinyMCE editor for admin
puddlec 95 Posted September 17, 2019 also you should consider installing phoenix. as it has many advantages over the version you are currently using e.g. works on newer versions of PHP responsive design, so it is a lot easier for your customers to use on their mobiles easier to install addons - most require no changes to files to get them to work currently active supported and updated it can be downloaded from here https://www.oscommerce.com/Products or from https://github.com/gburton/CE-Phoenix App created for phoenixTinyMCE editor for admin
♥peterpil19 179 Posted September 17, 2019 (edited) Hi Gerry, I agree 100% with Craig. CE Phoenix is the only version of osCommerce worth installing. It is the only version that is modern and continues to be updated. searchweb 0 Posted September 17, 2019 Hi All, Thanks for reply. Do it will affect the PayPal express module if didn't pass the SSL test?
♥JcMagpie 1,690 Posted September 17, 2019 PayPal express looks to be working fine but I'm using v5.018 on frozen.

Unfortunately the test no longer works, so the only way you can tell if Paypal is ok is to try it out. For a new install or if your store isn't mobile-friendly, get the community-supported responsive osCommerce (Phoenix). here: on the official osc download page Working on generalising bespoke solutions for Quickbooks integration, Easify integration and pay4later (DEKO) integration at 2.3.x
♥peterpil19 179 Posted September 18, 2019 I have found that delivery information is no longer passing through to paypal since the instant update appears to no longer be functional. So the customer only sees a sub-total on the paypal screen, the total when returned to shop and the paypal receipt records only the total...
