Phoenix - Russian Language Pack

Recommended Posts

I made my first translation into Russian for osCommerce in 2002.
I am grateful to all members of the community who participated in improving and expanding my first translation and full osCommerce.
Today I made a correction of the old versions of the translation for Phoenix 1.0.1.4 include translation for PayPal.
The package includes all files in Russian, fully adapted to the English version.

If you up it to Github (as a language branch, not a full download of Phoenix + Russian) I'll link to it from the Phoenix Readme.

TY, but I'm sorry to say it needs to look like this (examples):

ES:
https://github.com/raiwa/OSCOM-CE-Phoenix-Spanish-language-idioma-espanol

DE:
https://github.com/cupidare/OsCommerce-CE-Phoenix-German-language-Deutsches-Sprachpaket

File by file in the correct locations, not one zip.

I'm sorry. This is my first experience with Github.
Everything should be fine now.

I ask you to look and say whether everything is done correctly.

TY.   What version of Phoenix is this based on?  I'm guessing either 1.0.0.3 (based on the unneeded version.php file) or 1.0.0.4 based on the zip name.

  • english language files - not needed in a russian pack ;)
  • any file that is not a language file, also need removing
    /includes/version.php (says 1.0.0.3)
    /includes/apps/paypal/version.txt
& there might be other files ... I have not checked any further

Assuming you want linking from the Phoenix Readme, you'll need to get it up to date (which is currently 1.0.1.4), with 1.0.2.0 coming tomorrow.  Will you then )ongoing) be able to keep this Branch updated to mirror any language changes in the Master version of Phoenix?  Not immediately changes eg within minutes - but certainly as soon as practically possible of a Phoenix release.

If it's an impossibility to update it regularly, no problem, just let me know.

This is based on the version 1.0.0.3, but with the correction of 2 language files before the version 1.0.0.4
OK. I will delete English language files and version files.
I am following Phoenix updates and will update language files as they change. My test site supported two languages and I do corrections all the time.
