It’s a simple no core change add-on so just copy files over go to admin and install and setup. It is multilingual and messages are add in the language files. Configuration is in admin in which you can select colour of message based on bootstrap classes. You can also select which pages the message is to be shown on in admin. You have 2 headers provided so you can have different messages on different pages. You may have one for shop index and another for checkout or what ever you like. That’s it enjoy.
