burt 3,798 Posted June 1 I added the "CE" bit just 1 or 2 commits prior to release Frozen (if I remember correctly). It was asked for by Henry as he had a lot of input in the few months running up to that release. Thanks for confirming This is a signature that appears on all my posts. Hotclutch 129 Posted June 1 My mistake it has the CE at the end. My point is how can a project have 2 sets of copyrights?

I have downloaded both files, and they both seem to be the same. @burt, can you confirm this? M Get the latest Responsive osCommerce CE (community edition) here . MrPhil 646 Posted June 2 19 hours ago, ArtcoInc said: I have downloaded both files, and they both seem to be the same. Per my signature, "master" should be Edge (work-in-progress) and "Frozen" should be the Frozen snapshot of Edge in May 2018. Unless something recently got scrambled in the GitHub respository! How deeply did you compare the two zip packages? If nothing else, unzip both and bulk compare using WinMerge (on Windows... I don't know what the Linux equivalent is) and see if they are truly the same. Be aware that the sample installations apparently say "Edge" in the Frozen package, and "Frozen" in the Edge, but that can be ignored. I believe that both say "2.3.4.1 CE" for the version. M https://githubdotcom/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/archive/2341-Frozen.zip is this:https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/tree/2341-Frozen and https://githubdotcom/gburton/osCommerce-234-bootstrap/archive/master.zip is this:https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/tree/master Or put another way; 2341-Frozen.zip downloads the Frozen release and master.zip downloads the very latest fileset (edge) 1 valquiria23 reacted to this This is a signature that appears on all my posts. valquiria23 153 Posted June 3 Ready!! It would also be good to add a track to the EDGE version, for example, adding the date of the month to the version .... what do you think? Best regards. burt 3,798 Posted June 6 (edited) I've implemented sitewide hooks on a Branch here - https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/tree/201906/includes/hooks/shop/siteWide Take for (eg) the Bootstrap one, it includes easy versioning, as so: https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/blob/201906/includes/hooks/shop/siteWide/bootStrap.php#L18 This should help a lot for shopowners being able to recognise exactly what they are running.
