I just installed  2.3.4.1BS Community Edition (from GitHub -- choose "Frozen" )

And everything installed great

i set about config all info like paypal site settings.

i then tryed to make a dummy account with my details, and everything went find, but when i tryed to log in to the site, its saying Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.

I keep trying but still the same message.

So i created one in my partners name but it's saying the same.

So i checked my sql database, and both usernames are in there, and also in the admin back office of the site

Any ideas ?

Thanks

@ShortyLong

Is this installed on your host's server, or a local server/workstation? Do you have a SSL certificate installed? Is there anything in the error logs?

This may be true but you need to check that the emai is the one you entered and that the pasword Hash is being generated corectly or is even present.

Try resting password using the forgoten password.

It could be that your config is not set up properly or your redirects are messed up. The only way to check is to trace the code to see what part is falling over.

You must have some sort of error log showing what failed! If not PM link to site so it can be checked.

Oh and is the hash beeing made for the password?
