I use osCommerce 2.3.4.1 CE Bootstrap version

Is there a module like Payment fee to use in Orders total ?

This module does what you want but may not be ready-to-work in a CE shop. The basic code should work but it may reference definitions that are no longer in a CE shop.

It is a fee for for Cash on Delivery.
