SuperPower09
I really just want to pick everyone's brain about a few things (so thank you for any future responses). So...say I have a product on my website and there has been a recent color change. I get the new image and I upload it under the same file name, however, in order to see the new image, I have to do a hard refresh. How is everyone handling image caching in such an instance? Should I look into some sort of cache busting technique for my product images? Also, is anyone using a CDN (Content Delivery Network) with their osCommerce install? I'm looking to possibly using one but I don't see it talked about here much.
Hotclutch
How often do you need to do this though? "Cache busting" - whatever that entails really is not desirable. You can set shorter periods for expiration dates on images, if you have this configured, but again too short would not be desirable.
