FRom that description your guess is as good as ours!

What mod?

What vs OSC you using?

Did you backup?

I would suggest first thing you do is roll it back to your backup (presuming you did one - I hope you did!) then try it again.

Post your OSC version here tho, and also the exact mod and version of the mod, or no one can help you off the top if their head.

CC.

It's strange the way image folder behaves. I had the same problem.

Path was definitely correct. I even pasted from the folder name instead of typing. Then I move a.gif to the gt_interactive folder. This a.gif didn't show up but the pre-installed image do show up. All images were chmod 644.

EASIEST THING TO DO IS...

change the path from a.gif to abc/a.gif in your phpAdmin.

I know this may be long winded after uploading all of your image to the root of image folder then changing... But it's the only solution.

:D

BTW: I forgot to say, you need to look for Product table then products_image

This way, you can have sub sub folder too.

/osCommerce/images/gt_interactive/mini/a.gif

/osCommerce/images/gt_interactive/mini/max/abc.gif

:D
