For some reason we are only receiving emails from sky email addresses and not from any other emails accounts. All other emails are being sent, from forgotten password, orders etc.. The store email is a sky.com address, I have tried changing from sendmail to smtp, and its doesn't make a difference. Does anyone know why this is happening and how it can be resolved? ken0306 Posted July 24, 2018 Share Posted July 24, 2018 you should recheck on your smtp mail addon, most of the webmail like outlook, or gmail will require for sever setup the spf correctly. Test your mail server first by sending email to your own gmail account or hotmail account, and look at the source code. there will be more information about your smtp mail server setup and your spf setup for the email address you using for your store.
