Install does not show up for payment and not all options show up

Please do not post multiple threads for the same problem. Use reply while looking at your existing thread to add to the same one.

Please provide information about your setup as described here so we can help:

Paypal comes further down the list than Moneybookers, they are in alphabetical order.

If it is not in the new modules list, either: it is already installed, or: the module files are not in your installation.

If you want to set up Paypal it would be best (generally speaking) to install the paypal app:

For a new install or if your store isn't mobile-friendly, get the community-supported responsive osCommerce (2.3.4.1 CE).

...and (unless you are using the paypal app) to install a new module you have to press the install button at the top of  the page; afterwards you will get all the options.
