Could you clarify what you are looking to do? Are you creating a website to sell, trade, or otherwise distribute coupons (make sure you  can legally transfer coupons... some are marked "non-transferable"!)? Or are you looking to sell other things on an osC store site and want customers to be able to use coupons? With such clarification, perhaps you could get some responses here.

Note that if you want to start an osC store, be sure to use 2.3.4.1BS "Edge", and not the official distribution.

If you are running the "official" osC 2.3.4 or 2.3.4.1 download, your installation is obsolete! Get the latest community-supported responsive "Edge" release

@imtylerbanks

Do you want to hire someone to assist you with this project? If so, you can post a RFQ in the commercial support area in this forum:

https://forums.oscommerce.com/forum/79-commercial-support-inquiries/

If you are trying to do this yourself, you're going to have to be very clear in what assistance you ask for.

Also, as @MrPhil mentioned, be sure to use the community supported Edge version of osCommerce, *not* the "official" distribution (which is several years old, and is not responsive (ie: the display adjusts to the size of the viewers screen (phone, tablet, desktop, etc))). The link to Edge is in my signature below.
