Branson Bean Posted November 19, 2017 Share Posted November 19, 2017 Hello all, I am new to the FORUM and a novice on OSCOMMERCE. we recently updated to OQC 2.3.3, and added an SSL certificate and since have not been able to login to the admin part of our site/store. It has locked us out for too many attempts, and does not have a forgot password function. I thought I had the password, but still would not allow entry login. I am wondering if it due to SSL change? MrPhil Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 If you're just getting started with this store, osC 2.3.3 is totally obsolete. You should remove it and start over with the current version, osC 2.3.4BS Edge (on GitHub). If you're already in production with 2.3.3, you should still schedule some time to explore a new Edge installation and data migration. In the long run you'll be a lot happier doing this.
