Well, first make sure the store is working properly from end to end. Does it blow up anywhere or give errors, or fail to take you to the desired product, etc.? Does the whole checkout process work right, including shipping and payment selections? Are all labels etc. correct -- no STORE_NAME type stuff showing on the page? Are images showing properly? If this is 2.3.4BS Edge (responsive, which you SHOULD be using), is it adjusting properly to different devices (phone, desktop, etc.)?

Go into your store, especially from social media, and see where (what page) you land on. Is it the store entry page, or is it on a specific product? Is it where you expect the link from social media to end up? Is that page something that invites purchases, or is it very off-putting?

Finally, we come to the hard part -- what is the user experience? Is everything easy and intuitive, including navigation around your site, adding a product to the shopping cart, finding items (whether by search or by category drill-down), getting to checkout, and going through checkout? You know your expected customers better than I do -- is the level of complexity suitable for them, or are they giving up in frustration? If your store is "stock", you might want to look at installing some add-ons to improve theĀ  user experience. And if you're using the official, non-responsive version, that will turn off most customers right away.
