It appears they do, or at least did, things in a non-standard way. You may want to search the forums for 1 and 1 if you don't find a fix. But even if they do things differently, there shouldn't be any reason why it won't work. You will need to provide more details before anyone can help. For example: Is this a new installation or a working one that has stopped? Have you asked your host to look at the problem? Are you seeing any errors? What version of oscommerce are you using? What version of php is used?
