Moving City/State Boxes

Ok stupid question.  By default when a user registers they are presented with a screen in which they enter their address, postal code, city, state then the country.  I know that I have seen other OSCommerce systems where the flow is more like:

1.  Country (Drop Down)

2.  Address

3.  City

4.  State (Drop Down for selected country)

5.  Zip Code

Or something similar to the above.  Any suggestions on this would be most appreciated and thank you in advance.

Could you tell us what you did and how you solved it, for the benefit of others who may come this way? It doesn't do much good to ask a question and then say, "Never mind".
