eagleg
I currently have been running a shopping cart @ http://pyramidtalkies.com for a while now. all of a sudden when trying to add products to shopping cart, or trying to log into the backend the site goes blank http://pyramidtalkies.com/catalog/index.php/cPath/27/sort/2a/action/buy_now/products_id/188 is a example. Any ideas?
ArtcoInc
@eagleg What version of ocCommerce are you using? You say it's been running 'for a while'. How long? Has your host upgraded the version of PHP? If so, that can cause your shop to fail. You might be able to ask them to roll back to an older version of PHP, but that would only be a temporary fix.
