Categories Filter - what should I see?

Just added the "Categories Filter" contribution, but I do not see anything new in the Admin. Can someone who has successfully installed the contribution describe what you are supposed to see on the Admin side?

And since I don't "see" anything new, any guess as to where I went wrong?
