Order status, preparing and paid

Hi guys,

 

I am running live now and have been for a few days on my shop.

 

There is an issue though. I can't seem to be able to separate the preparing status and paid status's on my site. 

 

Currently I have:

 

Set Order Status
Pending

 

Set Preparing Order Status

Preparing [WorldPay]

 

All orders paid or unpaid are using the status update of preparing [worldpay].  

 

Is there a way to just have one status of PAID after the items paid for? I don't really want to see what orders people have not paid for.

 

Has anyone come across this?
