You're using Google Analytics in your site, so that must be calling in that cookie notice. I think that notice is required in many countries, so I wouldn't simply remove it. Maybe you can get it to produce a Brazilian-Portuguese text (you may have to ask Google how to do this), or just remove Google Analytics if you're not using it.
