Bootstrap and jquery ui dilemma

Recommended Posts

Still looking for the less traumatic way to upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3.4...

In the process of portig custom addons I found really useful using a couple of bootstrap components on admin side. But as soon as I add bootstrap to the files jquery UI widgets and page styles got messed up.

Is there a simple way to give priority to jquery ui styles?

add jquery ui after bootstrap ?

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON

I do not use the responsive bootstrap version since i coded my responsive version earlier, but i have bought every 28d of code package to support burts effort and keep this forum alive (albeit more like on life support).

So if you are still here ? What are you waiting for ?!

Find the most frequent unique errors to fix:

grep "PHP" php_error_log.txt | sed "s/^.* PHP/PHP/g" |grep "line" |sort | uniq -c | sort -r > counterrors.txt

then I think you might look into customizing your bootstrap download so that is it excluded from your bootstrap styles.

i just google a bit, and different tools exist such as

http://bootstrap-live-customizer.com/

i have no experience with this, but have used similar approach for jquery ui in the past.
