Add This and Facebook

hello,

 

i use an addthis slide in plug-in on my index page, in oscommerce gary gold 234.

 

it gives me an option to share facebook link,  it is grabbing a default image.

 researching facebook it states it uses a first product image if none is defined.

 

i believe it is this tag in my source on the index page

<meta property="og:image" content="" />

further looking brings me to 

catalog.modules.header_tags_opengraph,php

 $twitterArray[] = '<meta name="twitter:image" content="' . $img . '">';

i guess twitter and facebook are both using the same og:

 

is this where i would define the image addthis  is using for the facebook link.

Craig, "catalog/modules/header_tags_opengraph.php" is a file from the addon "HTSEO" by JackMCS.  

You should ask in his support thread as only he supports his code.

for the index page you will not find the image url in  og:image 

 

you may find the image url in og:image for product page
