SQL-Ledger has a POS...with a touch screen u may be good to go. I know the rest fairly well but not the POS as I had never the need for a POS. Post back here and I'll see if I can help...I came a long way it has import functions now...but the api import are just as easy...perl and postgresql knowledge would help...

we're a user of osFinancials, a dutch version of Turbocash (with oscommerce integration).

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON

I do not use the responsive bootstrap version since i coded my responsive version earlier, but i have bought every 28d of code package to support burts effort and keep this forum alive (albeit more like on life support).

So if you are still here ? What are you waiting for ?!

Find the most frequent unique errors to fix:

grep "PHP" php_error_log.txt | sed "s/^.* PHP/PHP/g" |grep "line" |sort | uniq -c | sort -r > counterrors.txt

We use EPOS-EXCEL

It intergrates with Osc every easily, and is developed and supported by a guy who is very helpful and will fix things very quickly, The code is very stable. Lots of features too.

At £150+£50(for for web Sync) it good value.  It runs on any old PC.and all standard epos hardware

I've worked with a couple, of which Easify is the better - lots of bells & whistles and much better than trying to do stock control on a spreadsheet. Basic per seat licence quite cheap but web integration pricier. Out-of-box osC integration wouldn't support an existing store and was too simplistic to be reliable on virgin broadband so I wrote a whole set of middleware to support migration and queueing online orders to pass back when a connection is available.

I can go on about this at great length if you're interested!

Contact me for work on updating existing stores - whether to Phoenix or the new osC when it's released.

Looking for a payment or shipping module? Maybe I've already done it.

Working on generalising bespoke solutions for Quickbooks integration, Easify integration and pay4later (DEKO) integration at 2.3.x

@@Mikepo, I've just been reading about the web module http://www.oneapplications.com/epos-excel/help/1.4.0.0/help_12.html - does that work ok for you? I'm not sure about having to choose which set up of updates to overwrite when you haven't had a connection... seems too easy to foul up, but maybe you're less error-prone!

@@BrockleyJohn, the web module works well, the initial set up allows you to set and test the connection with oscommerce, check for missing products on the oscommerce database, and check for duplicate products, which can happen.

Once connected, you can upload all prices and quantities from the EPOS to the oscommerce database, the epos and oscommerce databases are synced as you operate the epos.

Sorry I've not replied any sooner, I must of missed this thread.

Any more info you need just let me know
