OldBuickParts
I installed 2.3.4 and restored database. The left column boxes dont have any frames and the overall page formatting is messed up. Here is the website link: www.buicknos.com admin side also shows similar issues with formatting. Any help is appreciated.
MrPhil
Check the directory and file permissions for your .css files. On two of them I get a 403 error.
OldBuickParts
Permissions were okay. Any other ideas?
MrPhil
Permissions are not OK. Go in as a visitor (preferably with a different PC or different browser, to make sure you get a fresh copy), look at the page source, and try to read all the source .css files. I brought up your home page, and could read stylesheet.css OK, but the other two, no. Find out what are the directory and file permissions of stylesheet.css, and make sure the other .css (in /catalog/ext), have the same permissions. You should be able to ask your browser to show page source, and contents of files (such as .css) used on the page, without errors. By the way, you should create some error handlers (error pages) for common error codes (401, 403, 404, 500) so you don't get 404 error messages along with the default error messages. OldBuickParts
Phil, Thanks so much for your help. I have found most of them and I will make the error handlers as you suggest. I only have the one pc and none of the browsers reported missing files. I will work on that too. Thanks again
