♥Moxamint
Hi, I am based in Taiwan and have been a member of osC community since 2007. Starting from a few days ago, I was refused to enter this site by receiving the following nessage: "Sorry, you don't have permission for that! You are not allowed to visit this community." Is it possible that a range of IPs in my area are being blocked? I am typing this message from my cell phone. I have no problem accessing this site using my cell phone as long as I do not use WiFi to obtain my IP from the DHCP server on my router. I appreciate your time reading this and hope someone can give me a hint on how to solve my issue here. Many thanks, Eddy
Jan Zonjee
Is it possible that a range of IPs in my area are being blocked?THat is very well possible. We were flooded with spam a couple of days ago by a Korean spammer (spambot) and I blocked some pretty big ranges (which I assumed to be Korean). Do you know in what range your desktop computer has an ip-adress?
♥Moxamint
Hi Jan, My ISP assigned a static IP to me, which is 220.132.222.102 Now I tried connecting using a dynamic link, 220.142.68.4 was assigned to me at this moment. Many thanks!
